Jazz celebrates its valued corporate customers at “Customer Connects”

Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital communications company held a Customer Connects event where over a hundred corporate customers attended. The company prides itself on its core value of customer obsession, therefore this event was held to foster engagement with its various business customers.

This annual tradition at Jazz looks to strengthen its relationship with corporate customers, introduces new digital product lines and most importantly gathers valuable customer feedback.

At the 2018 Customer Connects, CEO Jazz, Aamir Ibrahim, emphasized the importance of convergence where Jazz offers corporate customers the means to create a digital hub – a central place where devices, software, applications, and connectivity come together to deliver platform agnostic, user-centered, and relevant services. He said, “The intent at Jazz is to constantly digitalize the consumer’s lifestyle by enabling connectivity, flexibility and efficiency.”

Large corporate organizations that use Jazz’s business solutions were present at the event including the following: MCB – Arif Habib; JS Bank;Pakistan beverages (Pepsi); Dubai Islamic Bank;Meezan Bank; Getz Pharma;Dalda; Gray Mackenzie Restaurants International (KFC); K-Electric;Bank Al Habib; Gul Ahmed; Bank AlHabib; EFU Life; Continental Biscuits Limited and daraz.pk.

“Our customers are at the core of everything we do at Jazz. Through this initiative, we want to reaffirm our sacred commitment to customers that they come first,” addedAamir Ibrahim. Over the years Jazz has established itself as a dominant business-to-business (B2B) service provider in the communications and information technology sphere with over 25,000 companies. In terms of B2B reach, Jazz is an industry leader given its nationwide presence; dedicated round-the-clock support and responsive sales services.

“It is imperative that we regularly connect with our corporate customers to critically observe their business experience with usso we can provide even better digital solutions,” added Faisal Sattar, VP Business Services Division at Jazz.

At this Customer Connects event, a one-window e commerce suite was launched to benefit all industries. Jazz e-sell is a service that allows Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to take their stores online with an end-to-end, simplified platform that is convenient to purchase on subscriptions and is also easy to scale. The event also identified Jazz’s upcoming initiatives and credited its prized customers for its success in Pakistan’s digital transformation.
