Islamabad, News Desk: The Ministry of Interior has issued an office order announcing the following postings and transfers:
- Mr. Tahir Shahbaz, Section Officer (Admn-III), will take on additional responsibilities of Admin-II Section.
- Mr. Sajid Khan, who has been demoted from Deputy Secretary to Section Officer (FATF) due to his involvement in perpetuating the bad reputation of Sector Two, marked by inefficiency, mismanagement, and malpractices, will now be responsible for reforming and improving the FATF section.
- Mr. Agha Hashir, Section Officer (BS-17), has joined as SO (Visa).
- Mr. Asim Hussain Qureshi, Section Officer (BS-17), has joined as SO (IC).
These postings and transfers have been made with the approval of the Secretary, Ministry of Interior.
The office order has been distributed to relevant officials, including the Director to Secretary Interior, PS to Special Secretary, Mol, and others.
This development is expected to bring about significant changes in the ministry’s administrative structure and operations, and help restore transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
