Islamabad: Zubair kasuri Tomorrow, on Thursday, September 6, 2024, 15 Pakistani prisoners will return to their homeland through the Wagah Border after being released from India. Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have finalized all necessary arrangements for their repatriation.
The decision to release the prisoners came after successful negotiations between the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi and the Indian government. The released individuals were serving sentences for various offenses. Their names are as follows:

According to Foreign Ministry officials, the released prisoners will be handed over to their families at the Wagah Border. Strict security measures will be in place during the handover.
The Government of Pakistan has welcomed this gesture by the Indian government and expressed hope that the process of releasing prisoners between the two countries will be further expedited.
