Tragedy Strikes Kasur as Farmer Killed by Lightning Kasur

A tragic incident in the neighboring village of Sheikh Imad Kuhna has left a community in mourning after a farmer was killed by a lightning strike during a rain shower.

Forty-year-old Abdul Sattar was working in his fields when the unfortunate event occurred. The sudden and intense strike not only claimed his life but also left four women working nearby in a state of shock, causing them to faint.

Distressing video footage of the lightning strike has been circulating, capturing the raw power of nature and the vulnerability of those exposed to the elements.

Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the scene and promptly initiated CPR on the stricken farmer. Despite their valiant efforts, they were unable to revive him.

The deceased’s body was subsequently handed over to his grieving relatives. This incident serves as a somber reminder of the dangers faced by those working outdoors during inclement weather.

Rescue 1122 continues to provide essential emergency services to the community, highlighting the importance of their tireless efforts in responding to such tragedies.
