Samsung Pakistan Cracks Down on Cross-Regional Sales, Issues Stern Warning to Distributors

Islamabad, Pakistan – October 25, 2024 – Samsung Pakistan has issued a stern warning to its distributors and master dealers, emphasizing its zero-tolerance policy against cross-regional sales. In a recent announcement, the company reiterated that engaging in such activities will result in severe penalties, including the deduction of pending incentives for the first violation and the revocation of master dealership for repeat offenders.

This announcement comes in the wake of action taken against Godil Communication Karachi, a distributor found to be in violation of the policy. As a result, Godil Communication Karachi has been removed from Samsung’s master dealer program.
Samsung Pakistan urges all its partners to adhere to this policy to avoid facing any consequences. The company is committed to maintaining the integrity of its distribution network and ensuring fair business practices across all regions.

This move by Samsung Pakistan is expected to strengthen its control over its distribution channels and protect the interests of authorized dealers in different regions. It also sends a clear message to all distributors about the company’s commitment to upholding its policies and maintaining a level playing field for all its partners.
