Montreal, Canada / Islamabad, Pakistan – OneOffice (ZeGenie Inc.), a Montreal-based Canadian Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, has signed a strategic commercial agreement with ZIEL Global, a Pakistan-based IT company with a global presence, to introduce user-hosted, domain-specific email and a comprehensive cloud-based office suite to the Pakistani market.
The partnership marks an important milestone in Pakistan’s digital transformation journey, bringing advanced business productivity solutions to organizations seeking secure, affordable, and locally adaptable technology.
OneOffice enables customers to host their services on the cloud infrastructure of their choice, including private servers, providing greater control over data security and ensuring alignment with the Government of Pakistan’s policies. Its integrated platform offers business email, document editing, file sharing, chat, video calls, project management, ERP, and AI integration, all within a single encrypted application.
A key advantage of OneOffice is its competitive pricing, with products costing less than half the price of many global competitors.
According to market estimates, Pakistan has millions of domain-based email accounts and office suite subscriptions currently in use. With users spending an average of USD 84 annually per account, OneOffice presents an opportunity to significantly reduce operational costs and generate savings worth hundreds of millions of US dollars annually.
OneOffice already serves governments and large enterprises across several international markets, including Algeria, Cameroon, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and other regions through established channel partners such as STC, Zain, Vodacom, SITA, Telkom, Ethiopian Telecom, MTN, and Djezzy.
The agreement was facilitated by Mr. Faisal Abro, Consul General of Pakistan in Montreal, as part of broader efforts to attract international technology companies and strengthen Pakistan’s digital ecosystem.
