The 12th Annual General Meeting was a significant event for Airlink Communication, showcasing the company’s progress and commitment to growth and shareholder confidence. The meeting was chaired by Aslam Hayat Piracha, Chairman of Airlink Communication, and attended by CEO Muzzaffar Hayat Piracha and team members.

The meeting highlighted the company’s achievements and growth during the 12th AGM held at its Lahore head office. Airlink Communication has shown impressive growth since its inception, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 33.3% over the past decade. The company has not only excelled financially but has also expanded its product range extensively, setting it apart in the industry.

Starting as a distributor, Airlink built a strong nationwide network, becoming a trusted partner for top international brands. This success led to vertical integration into manufacturing, with local facilities producing Xiaomi smartphones, Smart TVs, and Tecno smartphones, contributing to Pakistan’s global technology value chain and supporting the “Made in Pakistan” vision.

In addition to its manufacturing capabilities, Airlink has ventured into retail with flagship stores and brand outlets offering consumers easy access to top-notch technology products like smartphones, smart TVs, wearables, home appliances, and accessories.

Airlink Communication recently announced plans to open Pakistan’s first Apple retail store by the end of 2025, as revealed during a corporate briefing with Topline Securities. This move will bring Apple’s full range of products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories, closer to local consumers. Alongside Apple, Airlink also intends to launch a Xiaomi retail outlet in Dolmen Mall, Lahore.

This announcement follows Airlink’s 2024 partnership with GNEXT Technologies, Apple’s authorized distributor in Pakistan. Airlink was selected as a premium partner to expand Apple’s retail presence and enhance product availability nationwide, aiming to provide Pakistani customers with easier access to authentic Apple products through structured retail channels.
The Apple store will offer a wide range of products, catering to both premium and popular devices, making Apple’s offerings more accessible across the country. Customers can expect official warranties and after-sales services, enhancing their overall experience. Airlink anticipates that the store will attract tech enthusiasts and general consumers, contributing to Apple’s presence in Pakistan’s evolving technology market.
