Moscow | 18 February 2026: The Ambassador of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, H.E. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, paid an official visit to the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation in Moscow, where he met with Commissioner Daniil Egorov to explore avenues for strengthening bilateral cooperation in tax administration and digital transformation.
During the high-level meeting, both sides discussed the growing importance of technological innovation in improving fiscal governance and ensuring transparency in tax systems. The Russian delegation briefed Ambassador Tirmizi on a range of advanced digital initiatives currently in operation across the country.
