Coronavirus Impact: Vivo Donates Essential Supplies to Curb the Spread of COVID-19 in Pakistan

Lahore (Usman Yaqoob) : 30 March, 2020 Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, vivo has announced to donate essential health supplies to Ministry of National Health Services in Pakistan.

The global smartphone brand will be assisting the government of Pakistan to help source essential supplies for healthcare. Initially, vivo has donated 100,000 masks to the authority that will be used in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

Vivo has become Pakistan’s first smartphone brand to extend a helping hand in the fight against the novel COVID-19. As the initial steps in the fight against the pandemic, vivo has also instructed all its employees in Pakistan to work from home and all offline product launch events and activities have been cancelled.

The company has also extended the warranty of it’s smartphones by almost 3 months to help facilitate the customers.
