MOSCOW CELEBRATES PAKISTAN’S 77TH INDEPENDENCE DAY_

 

The Pakistan Embassy in Moscow observed the 77th anniversary of Pakistan’s independence with a solemn flag-hoisting ceremony on August 14. Charge d’Affaires Salman Pervaiz raised the Pakistani flag, accompanied by the National Anthem, marking the beginning of the celebration.

The event commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran, setting the tone for a patriotic and uplifting ceremony. First Secretary Nazia Shaikh and Second Secretary Muhammad Tayyab conveyed heartfelt messages from the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan, expressing their greetings and good wishes to the Pakistani community in Russia.

The embassy extended warm greetings to the Pakistani diaspora in Russia, reaffirming its commitment to serving the interests of Pakistan and its citizens. The ceremony was a testament to the embassy’s dedication to fostering a sense of community and patriotism among Pakistanis abroad.
