Pakistan Offers Visa-Free Entry to Sikhs Worldwide for Religious Pilgrimage

Islamabad Zubair Kasuri, Following allegations of the Indian government obstructing millions of Sikhs from accessing their sacred sites in Pakistan, the Pakistani government has declared a visa-on-arrival (VOA) and free visa policy for Third Country National Sikhs. Security sources report that Pakistan has announced a 24-hour VOA free visa issuance for all Sikhs globally, enabling them to visit their religious places within the country.

Sources within the Ministry of Interior confirm that all Sikhs possessing passports and visas from third countries will receive a free visa within the next 24 hours to facilitate their pilgrimage.

Notably, the Ministry of Interior of Pakistan has undertaken substantial reforms within its visa section concerning Sikh religious sites, extending free visa access to individuals from over 126 nations.
