Islamabad – Sept 25, 2026: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is expanding its consumer device portfolio with the launch of the Apple iPhone 18 Pro series across its Service Centers, in partnership with Mercantile, Apple’s Authorized Distributor in Pakistan.
Beginning with the official launch, customers will be able to purchase the iPhone 18 Pro series at five PTCL Service Centers in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. The offer brings together the device, warranty, protection and PTCL connectivity services through the company’s established retail network. The offer reflects PTCL’s vision of delivering a richer digital experience by making premium technology more accessible and bringing the latest devices together with high-speed connectivity.
Customers purchasing an iPhone 18 Pro series through PTCL will receive a two-year warranty, comprising one year from Apple and an additional year from Mercantile, along with a 12-month protection plan. Device purchases will also include complimentary PTCL connectivity benefits. Multiple payment options will be available at purchase.
The offer furthers PTCL’s broader strategy to develop its consumer device and electronics business alongside its core connectivity portfolio. With 194 Service Centers and Joint Shops across 96 cities, PTCL is leveraging its existing retail footprint to offer customers access to premium devices alongside fixed broadband and Flash Fiber services.

The iPhone 18 Pro series proposition further enables customers to pair their device purchase with PTCL fixed broadband and Flash Fiber services, allowing device and home connectivity requirements to be addressed through a single retail interaction.
