PSW Launches Mobile App for Importers and Exporters

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has officially launched its new mobile application, making it easier for importers, exporters, and customs clearing agents to manage their trade activities directly from their smartphones. The app is now available for download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

The launch is part of PSW’s ongoing efforts to improve digital trade services in Pakistan and make cross-border trade faster, easier, and more convenient. With the new mobile app, users no longer need to rely only on desktop computers to access important trade information and services.

The PSW Mobile App has been designed to work alongside the existing PSW digital platform. It allows businesses to stay connected with their import and export activities anytime and from anywhere. Whether users are in the office, traveling, or working remotely, they can monitor their trade operations using their mobile phones.

One of the app’s main features is real-time tracking of customs declarations. Importers, exporters, and customs agents can check the progress of their declarations, monitor regulatory approvals, and receive instant updates on customs clearance. This helps businesses stay informed and quickly respond if any action is required.

The app also allows users to view important regulatory and financial certificates related to their trade activities. In addition, they can submit several important requests directly through the app without visiting an office or using a computer.

These services include requesting declaration cancellations, submitting dray-off requests, applying for provincial cess exemptions or waivers, requesting the release of bank guarantees, and accessing other operational services offered by PSW.

The application also includes built-in payment management features. Users can generate Payment Slip IDs (PSIDs), check whether payments are pending or completed, view payment details, and make payments directly through their linked Personal Deposit (PD) accounts. This makes the payment process faster and more convenient.

According to PSW, the mobile app will help businesses save time by providing all essential trade information in one place. Company executives, logistics managers, customs agents, and supply chain teams can easily monitor shipments and complete important tasks without being tied to an office or desktop computer.

Having quick access to trade information also allows businesses to respond faster to government requirements, complete pending approvals on time, and improve planning for imports and exports. This can help speed up customs clearance and reduce delays in the movement of goods.

The app also makes it easier for users to communicate with Pakistan Single Window. Customers can submit complaints, share feedback, and directly contact the PSW Call Centre through the application. This is expected to improve customer support and allow operational issues to be resolved more quickly.

The launch of the PSW Mobile App is another important step in Pakistan’s digital trade transformation. By bringing trade services to mobile devices, PSW aims to provide businesses with greater flexibility, better transparency, and improved efficiency. The new app also strengthens the country’s unified digital trade system by making it easier for businesses and government regulatory authorities to stay connected and work together more effectively
