The Resident Evil brand is also expanding beyond video games. A new Resident Evil movie, directed by Zach Cregger, is scheduled to release in cinemas on September 18, 2026.
Looking ahead, Capcom is preparing another major game for fans. The company plans to launch Resident Evil Veronica, a remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica, sometime in 2027.
