Jazz Inaugurates Its State Of The Art Network Operations Center

Lahore – 10 March, 2017: In line with its commitment to going digital, Jazz inaugurated its state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC), which will utilize IBM and Dell EMC solutions to provide optimal network quality, and unique customer experience, while also improving overall operational performance.

The facility provides 24/7×365 network surveillance across Fault Management, Real-time Performance Management, Change Management, Access Management, and Customer Support for Jazz’s fixed and wireless businesses.Speaking at the inauguration, Hassan Ali – Head of NOC– Jazz, said, “By investing on a world-class NOC, our aim is to build a more efficient and competitive organization, which will provide unparalleled customer experience in today’s fast paced world.” This latest NOC is optimally managed to support speedy customer facilitation for quicker complaint resolution and support. This is also made possible through complete automation allowing for proactive monitoring and management of end to end network and services layer.
