Sources have disclosed that Pakistan Telecommunication Company has published annual Report with many errors and mistakes of proofreading which was noticed by many Government and private stake holders when they recieved it.
Sources have confirmed that a show cause notice is already served to Executive Vice President Syed Shahzad Shah. It is worth mentioning here that over 50,000 colored copies were printed costing millions to the company. After complains from many clients and stake holders, the distribution of the Annual Reports were stopped and it was decided to make correction and then printing of Annual Report will be started in a couple of days. Company Spokesman Mr. Shahzad told this correspondent that investigations are underway to find who is responsible for these blunders in the annual reports.
