TYF 2016 alumnus receives prestigious ‘Queen’s Young Leaders Award’ for digital learning project

Haroon Yasin, a Telenor Youth Forum (TYF) 2016 alumnus, has received the prestigious Queen’s Young Leaders Award from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth at the Buckingham Palace, London, in recognition of his digital learning project ‘Orenda’. The Award recognizes and celebrates exceptional people aged 18-29 from across the Commonwealth, who are taking the lead in their communities and using their skills to transform lives. Winners of this prestigious award receive a unique package of training, mentoring and networking, including a one-week residential program in the UK during which they collect their Award from Her Majesty the Queen.
