YouTube Deletes Chaahat Fateh Ali Khan’s ‘Bado Badi’ Due to Copyright Infringement

In a shocking move, YouTube has deleted Chaahat Fateh Ali Khan’s popular song ‘Bado Badi’ from its platform due to copyright infringement. The song, which had garnered 28 million views, was removed after the platform detected unauthorized use of the original composition, ‘Akhi Lari Bado Badi’, owned by legendary Pakistani singer Noor Jehan.

Chaahat Fateh Ali Khan had released ‘Bado Badi’ last month, which became an instant hit on social media platforms, including YouTube. However, it appears that the singer did not obtain the necessary permissions to recreate and upload the song, leading to its deletion from YouTube.

This incident highlights the importance of respecting intellectual property rights and obtaining proper licenses for creative works. YouTube’s strict policies on copyright infringement aim to protect the original creators and owners of content, and it is essential for artists to adhere to these guidelines to avoid legal consequences.

The deletion of ‘Bado Badi’ from YouTube has left fans disappointed, but it also serves as a reminder of the significance of intellectual property rights in the creative industry.
