The spectrum auction ceremony, organized by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) in collaboration with the Ministry of IT and Telecom, brought together key stakeholders from government, regulatory bodies, and the telecom industry. Mr. Naveed Khalid Butt, Group Chief Regulatory Officer, formally received the license on behalf of the Ufone-PTCL Group, reflecting the organization’s strong regulatory preparedness and institutional strength. Under the leadership of Hatem Bamatraf, President and Group CEO of PTCL & Ufone, the group has made notable strides in digital transformation, infrastructure development, and operational excellence.
