Ali Farhan Appointed Managing Director of National Telecommunication Corporation

Islamabad News desk – The government has officially announced the appointment of Mr. Ali Farhan as the new Managing Director of the National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC). The decision, sanctioned by the Prime Minister, entails a three-year contract for Mr. Farhan, effective from his date of commencement in the role.

The appointment, formalized through a notification issued by the Cabinet Secretariat’s Establishment Division in Islamabad, places Mr. Farhan at the helm of the NTC under the MP-I Scale. His tenure will be governed by the stipulations of the MP Scales Policy, 2020.

The National Telecommunication Corporation plays a crucial role within the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. Mr. Farhan’s appointment is anticipated to bring new direction to the organization for the duration of his three-year term.

The official notification of this significant appointment has been circulated to key stakeholders within the government, including the offices of the President and the Prime Minister, as well as relevant secretariats and divisions.
