Non-custom and illegal mobile phones still functioning

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) will hold a meeting in its PTA head office, Islamabad regarding block the non-custom and smuggling mobile phones.

The reliable sources confirmed that the millions of non-custom and illegal mobile phones imported in Pakistan are still functioning on the networks.

PTA required the help of all cellular companies to resolve the issue and cellular companies cooperate with PTA. In today meeting, the strategy adopted to block the illegal and non-custom handsets in Pakistan.
