DAYLIGHT KILLING IN ISLAMABAD SPARKS FEAR

A brazen daylight killing occurred in Islamabad’s Sector I-8 on Friday morning, leaving one person dead and spreading fear throughout the city.

Eyewitnesses reported that occupants of a Hilux vehicle opened fire on a person in a car, injuring them. The victim attempted to seek refuge in a nearby building in Sector I-8 Centre but was pursued and dragged out by the assailants, who then shot and killed them.

The shooting also damaged the Canadian coffee shop, shattering glasses, but fortunately, no one inside was harmed.

According to police sources, the deceased has been identified as Qamar Raja, a resident of Mandi Bahauddin. Authorities believe the incident was related to an old family feud.

A case has been registered against unknown assailants, and an investigation is underway.

The daylight killing has sent shockwaves through Islamabad, leaving residents on edge.
