DS RAILWAY CONDUCTS INSPECTION AT PATUKI STATION

Divisional Superintendent (DS) Railway Muhammad Hanif Gul visited Patuki station for a comprehensive inspection, focusing on track alignment, fitness, level, and gauge safety. He also examined the level crossing gates to ensure safe train operation and public safety.

During the visit, DS Railway inspected the communication system for safe train operation and questioned relevant staff regarding train operations. He also practiced securing gates with chains on an emergency basis in case of gate breakage.

DS Railway reprimanded staff for neglecting duties and awarded cash rewards for good performance. Additionally, he inspected facilities available for passengers at various stations, including station cleanliness.

Representatives of Anjuman Tajran Patuki met DS Railway and requested a stop for the Karachi Express train at Patuki railway station. DS Railway assured them that he would address their concerns and resolve facilities and other issues.

The inspection aimed to ensure safe and efficient train operations, improve passenger facilities, and address local concerns.
