Fake Milk Factory Busted: Punjab Food Authority Cracks Down on Illicit Operations

Lahore, Pakistan – In a significant crackdown on counterfeit dairy products, the Punjab Food Authority seized a fake milk factory in Dalanwala Mor Darkhana, confiscating 500 liters of adulterated milk and shutting down production.

Seized Items:

– 500 liters of fake milk
– 30 kg whey powder
– 30 kg urea
– 5 kg vegetable ghee
– 2 mixing machines

Authorities Take Action

The Food Safety Team, acting on orders from Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, raided the milk collection center, halting operations until further notice. A case has been registered against the owners.

Punjab Food Authority DG Speaks Out

“Those selling fake milk are enemies of the people,” said the Director General. “We will severely punish those engaging in this harmful practice.”

This operation is part of a broader effort to combat counterfeit dairy products and ensure public safety.
