Arrest Warrants Issued for Baskin-Robbins Distributor Irfan Mustafa and 5 Others

Lahore (Court Reporter) – Judicial Magistrate Section 30, Nauman Nasir, of the Model Town court in Lahore has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for six individuals, including Irfan Mustafa, the distributor for the well-known American ice cream company Baskin-Robbins in Pakistan, along with his sons and other accomplices.

According to the police report, the suspects face serious allegations, including preparing fake records, financial fraud, and other illegal activities. The report states that all the suspects repeatedly failed to appear in court despite being served summons and warrants, deliberately evading arrest.
Investigations revealed that the main suspect, Irfan Mustafa, a resident of House No. 118, Block C, Model Town, Lahore, and the five other accomplices have been absent from court proceedings for an extended period, which has stalled the case’s progress.
After a detailed review of the police report and evidence, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for all the suspects and instructed the police to arrest and present them at the next hearing.
