PTA to launch 5G technology in April work on framework starts. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has started work on a framework for launching 5G in April 2022.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the 5G technology will be introduced in Pakistan after the success of its trial service.
PTA Chairman Ameer Azeem Bajwa said that PTA always encourages new technology.
He assured that open bidding will be done for launching 5G technology in the country in April this year.
