Ufone Appoints Younas Iqbal Sheikh as CCO
Islamabad, May 02, 2016: Ufone, Pakistan’s premier telecom provider, has appointed Mr. Younas Iqbal Sheikh as their new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
He will now be leading the Marketing and Sales Departments and bear responsibilities to drive business growth and maintain Ufone’s supremacy in the market.Sheikh brings with him vast experience in the telecom industry, spanning twenty years and a proven track record of successful. Sheikh has had the flare to perform in crucial markets, with expertise in key role areas of Sales & Distribution, Customer Services, Operations and Marketing.His previous stints include leadership roles at Warid Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd as CCO, Ufone as Head of Sales and General Manager Sales, Mobilink as Director Distribution, Worldcall as COO and Wi-Tribe as Executive Director Sales & Marketing.
