Telenor Pakistan Campus 345 receives Prestigious Leesman+ Certification

Telenor Pakistan 345 Campushas been ranked as of one the most effective work environments providing outstanding experience for employees by Leesman, a global firm that examines how workplaces affect employee and organizational performance.

Leesman determined the ranking using its Leesman Index (LMI), a global business intelligence rating system, which captures employee feedback on how effectively the workplace supports them. The Leesman Index measures a variety of factors, including employee pride, satisfaction with workplace and work activity as well as service, physical and environmental featuresof the workplace.

With a score of 78.6 LMI (Leesman Index), Telenor Pakistan 345 Campus obtained the highest rating, Leesman+, which is awarded to an elite group of workplaces with an LMI of 70 or above.In 2018, Telenor Pakistan 345 Campus was benchmarked against 971 other workplaces, and with an overall ranking of 11, landed in the elite group of only 28 workplaces certified during the year.
